Class Enrollment E-Form
Please fill out the Class Enrollment Form below and submit it to WCT&DC. You may also send us the information via regular mail, email or phone. From that information, we will enroll your student. You will be contacted shortly before the first day of class to confirm your enrollment (you may certainly contact us before then). Please make extra sure this form is COMPLETELY and CORRECTLY filled out. If we have to contact you for missing information, it will lengthen the processing time of your enrollment. Remember that all enrollments are "first-come, first-served" and subject to minimum/maximum class size restrictions.
NOTE: We endeavor to make the class lists on this page current with all class additions and cancellations. If a class is listed in our current brochure but is not listed on this form, it most likely means it has been dropped from the schedule. Contact our office for more info.
